In the end of 1998 / in the beginning of 1999: After the co-operation between Jana and Micha had strengthened, they started working on the single World '99 taken from the album Out Of Light.
To complete this single The 3rd Dimension (Dance/Trance Projekt) and DJ Löff (House-DJ) produced additional remixes. But the radio edit was reproduced, too. The hip-hop-formation Superbraz did remix the track Heaven Help and turned this song into a new style.

To follow the releases, Silent Waters played many gigs - also as support to Alphaville.

Silent Waters also appeart on the compilation High Energy Vol.4 in 1999.
